Terms Of Service:

GENERAL
By commissioning me, you automatically agree to my Terms of Service (TOS)I hold the right to decline your commission if it conflicts with my views or I’m unable to complete it. If you are unsure of the conversion rates, please do your own research. When sharing the finished product for confirmation and approval from the client, there will be a watermark to prevent theft, it will be removed on official delivery after final payment. If you have any questions regarding my commissions or the TOS, please feel free to DM me on VGen.PAYMENTS
Payment will be split into two parts and the amount it will be split into will depend on the commissions overall price. Payment one is up-front and payment two is after the finished artwork has been confirmed and approved. Failure to pay the second payment will result in the commission being cancelled and no finished product being sent. You will have up to a week to make the payment before the commission being cancelled. Unless I am unable to start/complete the commission, refunds are NOT accepted, no exceptions.WHAT IM WILLING TO DO✔ WILL DO:

-18+ NSFW(if there is something not listed that you’d like drawn, you can ask me about it via VGen DM)REVISIONSRevisions are the number of times you can ask for changes to the commission, i.e. changing the hair colour or clothes.Number of revisions: 3After every major step of the artwork, I will send the progress. I’ll send one for the sketch, flat colours, and the finished artwork. You will have the chance to ask for changes each time I send a progress image, and you can ask for multiple changes within reason. Asking for big changes during the last stage can be tedious, so please put a lot of thought into what you want changed, as it will make the commission go a lot smoother.DEADLINES AND DELIVERYPlease do not rush me! Depending on the commission and how long my queue is, the time in which its completed can differ. If you want to know where you are in the queue, I have a Trello with a list of all my commissions. I will be sure to contact you if any issues arise.
If you check my Trello and your commission is in progress and have yet to hear from me, you are free to message me and ask for an update.
(SKEB style commissions will not receive any progress images, as that’s the nature of the commission, however if more than 3 weeks pass without an update, please feel free to message me for an update)COMMERCIAL USE VS PERSONAL USECommercial Use: Any reproduction or purpose that is marketed, promoted, or sold and incorporates a financial transaction. i.e. Merch and promotional material for monetary profit.
